Basik Development has gone to great lengths to select styles of homes that compliment each other very well, while also allowing the buyer the flexibility to create their own unique home. Our goal with the Architectural Review Guidelines is to ensure that the homes that are designed and built are in accordance with the guidelines, so that everyone in the community benefits. It is our way of protecting everyone’s investment.

Below are some of the general elements of the Architectural Review Guidelines.

Five Styles of Homes:

Old Florida, Low Country, Victorian, French Colonial Italianate, Other Styles May Be Acceptable (Upon Review)
Front Porches: 1/3 of front elevation must have a porch on 1 st floor.
Garages: All garages will sit behind the front elevation of the home. Rear garages, either detached or with verandahs, are acceptable and encouraged.
Minimum Square Footage: 2,750 sq. ft.
Architect: Each lot buyer may select either his or her own architect or use an architect suggested by the Developer.
Time Frame: 18 months after purchase to begin construction.
